In Chat with Notes, open the menu at the top left, then tap Settings.

Delete your account.
Keep your originals.
Delete your Chat with Notes account and its imported notes, chats, and feedback. Your original Apple Notes stay exactly where they are.
Open account settingsOn the iPhone where you use Chat with Notes. You’ll confirm inside the app.
Tap Delete account
Find Delete account below Disconnect notes. Stop any running chat or import first.
Confirm the deletion
Review the dialog and confirm. Your active account and associated app data are removed. This can’t be undone.
What is removed?
Your active account, imported note text and search index, chats, generated suggestions, feedback, free-trial usage records, and Shortcut connection credentials. Minimal subscription and allowance records are retained without the deleted account association for restores and billing integrity.
Cancel your subscription separately
Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Manage or cancel it in Apple subscription settings.
What stays?
Your originals in Apple Notes and the Shortcut installed on your iPhone. You can remove that Shortcut and any automation in Apple’s Shortcuts app. Recovery backups and provider records may remain separately as described in our retention policy.
Can’t access the app?
Contact support for account-deletion help. We’ll need to verify which account is yours. The beta does not link every account to an email, so your email alone may not identify it. Never send note contents or session tokens.
Only want to remove the notes?
Use Settings → Disconnect notes. This clears the imported library and chat history while keeping the app account. Uninstalling the app alone does not remove server data.
